How do I make a reservation?

You can check for availability and make reservations online at Northwood Cabins .

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made fourteen(14) days prior to the check-in date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made after 14 days will be charged equal to one night’s stay for each cabin reserved.

Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival (3pm the day prior) will result in charge equal to the entire length of the stay.

This policy will be strictly enforced.

What amenities are provided with the cabins?

In our Cabins you will find all necessary linens, AC/heat, HD/TV, cable, complimentary WIFI, and refrigerators. Additionally, on the property we have for your use: gas grills, picnic tables, and fire rings. All our cabins are Non Smoking, and “Quiet Hours” are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. To provide adequate parking for all of our guests, each cabin is limited to two vehicles which includes boat trailers. Due to the size and layout of our driveway and for the safety of all our guests the use of bikes, scooters, roller blades, skateboards or any other wheel apparatus is not allowed on the property

Are you pet friendly?

We are DOG FRIENDLY. We charge $15 per night for one,$25 for a maximum of two. We are a small property and for the safety and convenience of all our guests we ask the following: Your pet is not to be left unattended in the cabin, they are to be leashed at all times when they are out of the cabin, they are not allowed in the Main House, lastly we ask that they be walked in the designated “Dog Walk” at either end of the property, and their owner will clean up after their pet.

Breakfast?

“Wake- Up Buckets” are provided Monday-Friday to each cabin. These include coffee/tea/hot chocolate, along with ready to go breakfast treats to help you start your day. We will be offering a complimentary Continental Breakfast weekends from 7:00am to 9:30am in the Main House. This is an opportunity to start your day with fresh brewed coffee/tea, or hot chocolate, as well as fresh fruit, Danish, pastries. It is also a chance to meet the other guests as well as your hosts.

When can I check in, when do I have to checkout?

Cabins will be available starting at 3pm. You will find your cabin unlocked with the key and receipt on the table Please park in your numbed spot. We strive to be on site from 4pm to 6pm each day to greet you and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to stop into the Main House upon arrival. Early check in may be possible by request.

Check out is 10:00am.

This place is great! Understand that this is a 1930s Motor Court. It has all the charm and character that can be expected in such a wonderful property. We really enjoyed meeting the owners, Renee and Brian, as well as other guests, over coffee and donuts. We will be back — even if it’s just to spend a night and visit.””
